Rubberized Foam Rolls

Rubberized foam rolls is used to control condensation drip from chilled water and refrigeration systems. It also reduces heat flow on hot systems. Rubberized insulation rolls are particularly adaptable for insulating duct work, large piping, fittings, tanks, and vessels. Recommended temperature usage range for rubberized foam varies from -40⁰C to 120⁰C. Flexible closed cell Elastomeric sheet insulation are supplied in various thickness from 12mm to 50mm depending on the application.

Rubberized foam pipes rubberized foam tubes are used to prevent condensation / frost formation on refrigerant lines on cold water plumbing and chilled water systems. Flexible closed cell elastomeric tube insulation is environment friendly and CFC free. Flexible elastomeric thermal insulation tubes are available with smooth shark skin and in unslit form. Recommended temperature usage range for rubberized foam varies from -40⁰C to 120⁰C.

Applications of Rubberized Foam Rolls:

• Majorly used as an insulation in HVAC industries, MEP activities
• Used as sound and acoustic liner
• Chilled water pipe insulation
• Duct insulation
• Cushion/expansion join

Benefits of Rubberized Foam Rolls:

  • Resiliency
  • Cushioning
  • Shock absorption
  • Flexibility
  • Abrasion resistance
  • Light weight
  • Oil resistant
  • Thermal insulation
