W Hotel Floor Raising Project in Palm Jumeirah

This luxury resort, situated on the Crescent of the Palm Jumeirah, is a world class hotel resort and residential complex with a spa, pool areas, water features and other amenities comprising of approximately 100,000 m² of accommodation including 300 hotel rooms and 45 super luxury duplex, triplex apartments and penthouses.

The undulating building form takes full advantage of the views in this unique location by opening up vistas to the waterfront and creating intimate court spaces along the water edge.

Shaped almost like a W, the hotel will have 283 rooms and suites on the western crescent of Palm Jumeirah, while a residential component will include a range of luxury apartments. Starwood Hotels and Resorts, which owns brands including W and Le Meridien, outlined plans to open 40 hotels with a total of more than 13,000 rooms in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena) over the next five years.
